Create separate fields for the email, IMAP server, port, and encryption, so that it’s easier to configure.
I sent a test email, and it was created automatically as an entity. The task said that this should be done manually, because not all emails are valid.
Functionality of the “Entity” column:
If the email doesn’t have an associated entity, show a “Create Entity” button. When clicked, the email becomes a Drupal entity (connect_mail node) with its fields filled in.
If the email already has an associated entity, show a “View Entity” button that links to the corresponding node.
